We the people are absolutely tired of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives making completely arbitrary "rulings" and "findings" with no basis in law, nor putting their decisions up to a vote from the people they are regulating! From banning certain types of ammunition without any ballistic knowledge, banning the sale of fully automatic weapons manufactured after 1986 to civilians, regulating weapon suppressors that make shooting hearing safe for the shooter or people nearby, or having to pay an extortion fee to have a rifle with a barrel shorter than 16 inches! There are no elected officials in this department to represent we the people, so who the hell are they to determine what's best for the us?
