Neutralize the extortionary effect the Grover Norquist anti-tax pledge has over Republican signatories

Establish with the DOJ that the "Grover Norquist Anti-Tax Pledge" creates an un-democratically imposed TOTALITY which asserts undue power over the United States of grave dimensions by creating CONFLICT OF INTEREST which places signatories in the position of either acquiescing to this subversive TOTALITY or face POLITICAL EXTORTION in which their careers are threatened in the media. Indeed, failure to sign has already resulted in keeping honest Republican candidates from running for office. There is no doubt that this causes a mutually exclusive set of loyalties--one to the Norquist totalitarian view of anti-taxation and the other, loyalty to the over 225-year American traditional democratic process of debate and compromise. You simply cannot have both at the same time
