Neutralize Iranian nuclear facilities by means of airstrikes by B2 stealth bombers; initiated before the end of 2013.

We hereby resolve in demanding our Commander-in-chief to initiate B2 airstrikes against Iranian nuclear facilities, upon the realization that economic sanctions have failed to prevent Iran from developing a certifiable, nuclear weapon as determined by the United States Intelligence Community, with foreign input. We resolve that economic sanctions should be allowed a chance to work until late 2013, however, should they fail to stop Iran from achieving nuclear capability, then we request that our President intervenes before the end of the year.
