Petition for the State of Nevada to succeed from the United States government. There are laws such as The Patriot Act, The National Defense Authorization Act, and Obamacare. These laws violate 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, and 10th amendment rights of all U.S. citizens. Furthermore with proposed firearms bans that would infringe on our 2nd amendment rights thus leaving us with no Bill of Rights. The citizens of The Great State of Nevada cherish our Constitution and Bill of Rights and want to keep our rights. The only way for Nevadans to keep our Constitutional rights is to succeed for the United States government.
