When is it right to kill someone? When is it right to stop a beating heart? It is never in any circumstance right to do any of these. In fact The great United States of America allows states to decide whether this should be legal or not.
In 2011, 1.06 abortions took place, In 2011, 1.06 beating hearts ceased to beat again. If we allow this to happen, there will be more and more lives lost.
