Make it unlawful for states to pass laws that stifle innovation, are not in the best interest of citizens, or protect monopolies under the guise of unfair competition. In particular not having fiber networks nation wide is stifling innovation and American businesses. While AT&T and comcast cash in on their monopolies, the rest of the world is able to innovate easily. Medical industry needs faster networks desperately, tech industry and all businesses need them and all consumers want them.
