A new Amendment for the Constitution of the United States that Protects all equally.

1. The United States is a secular nation with ethics, moral, principles, and values established through history from varied sources that reflect our core value, 'e pluribus unum' = 'from many, one.'
2. The United States respects persons of all colors, faiths, and families of man. The practice of bigotry against any person(s) for any reason is hereby prohibited in the United States and all of its territories and possessions, and in all of its States, Counties, and Cities, in perpetuity. Violations of this ban, regardless of source, shall be considered a felony punishable by ten years in prison at hard labor.
3. This Amendment takes effect upon its enactment.
