Federal government to band Semi-Automatic weapons, rifles and hand guns to civilians. That there should be no future sales or ownerships of such weapons. Citizens that now own such weapons may be grand-fathered. Also that no citizen shall be in procession of ammo in the excess of 20 rounds for self-defense. All citizens must apply for ammo ration card and document ammunition purchases. Sportsman and hunters my apply for more ammunition under exception of this rule. All citizen shall held legally responsible for safe guard of weapons. NO license to who displays violent nature verified by a doctor. Also any person arrested and convicted of a felony, assault, threats, domestic violence, repeat criminal offense, or as ordered by a federal judge
