new child support guidelines for tracking moneys payed to custodial parents to make sure money goes to the children

this petition is for tracking moneys payed for child support to custodial parent,alot of moms and dads pay child support to d.s.s. and to the custodial parent. that the child never sees and it should be a system in place in all states the makes parents that file and award child support to show proof of where the money goes meaning on a yearly bases of receipts, of clothes,food and ect..., children suffer year after year because of parents waste of money on other things other then taking care of the there child, most moneys payed to child support goes to girlfriends,boyfriends,trips,and ect.. that the child never sees and suffers from. its time for both parents to be held accountable.
