This act should function as a protection against any terror, economic discrimination, or various institutional brutality against People of Color.
1: To construct better safety for People of Color wherever they travel, congregate, or reside -permanently or temporarily- against murder, terror, or brutality perpetrated by members of the Police force, federal agents, or any constituents. And against personal acts which would harm these communities.
2: No discriminatory stops, seizures, etc. perpetrated by Police against POC.
3: No racial segregation or gentrification of these communities.
4: No discriminatory loans, business loans, grants, or mortgages to POC communities. Fair loans.
5: Reduce People of Color within prisons & jails, and restore voting rights thereof.
