New Constitutional Admendment: Citizens and Residents cannot be held responsible for the actions of past generations.

Created by F.P. on May 30, 2014

There should be a new Amendment to the Constitution that protects citizens (and residents) from legal actions, laws, or organizations that seek to redress past wrongs by penalizing current living persons.

In short, the "sins of the father" should not be visited on the children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and so on.
