A new Constitutional Amendment that simply states:

Article I. The Government of the United States nor its representatives either elected, appointed, or other, shall pass no law, amendment, rule or declaration that does not apply equally to the representatives of the Federal Government either elected, appointed or other as it applies to the citizens of the United States nor shall the Federal Government pass any law, rule, amendment or declarations that applies to the citizens of the United States as it does to any representative of the federal Government either elected, appointed or other of the United States.

Article II. Any Law, rule, amendment or declaration that currently is in violation of Article I shall immediately become illegal and void.
