Whereas under Article 5 of the U.S. Constitution, petition elected representatives for the adoption of new Constitutional amendments to protect firearm ownership and national sovereignty, and to amend the Commerce Clause. Call upon Rep. Jerry ONeil, Montana to take led to press these amendments changes and changes to be made to protect states rights and the citizens rights protected by the 2nd Amendment of the right to make, keep, bear, and sell arms, and to deal with the suggestion require register their guns (confiscation). Amendment of clear language, that UN treaties do NOT override the Constitution for it was written so the power could be kept with the US citizenry in the face of a tyrannical government; with these changes, the government cannot amend the Constitution via fiat.
