To strike Article IV. Section 4. which reads:
"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.
And Replace it with:
"The United States shall guarantee citizens of the several States be protected against Invasion and Domestic Violence. The citizens of the several States shall be appointed by Mayors to raise Domestic Violence Awareness to the County, District or Burrough to which he or she lives in.
