New elections for all senators if Congress forces another Government shutdown

The executive brand and judicial branch should force Congress to resign and start the election process. Then replace all current senators with younger individuals so the next generation in this country can take us in the direction that the youth wants to go in. We need younger minds in politics that look forward and pay attention to history so they won't make the same mistake as generations before them. We need cohesive Congress that works to get things done for the country as a whole and not for themselves. This should happen if Congress forces another government shutdown.
