New Executive Order: Zero Tolerance to Voter Fraud

Created by D.A. on November 13, 2012

1. Increase severity of voter fraud penalties to a Felony with a minimum period of incarceration not less than 10 years, no possibility of parole, and a $500,000 fine; accumulative and punishable per vote affected. No bail. No pleading for lesser charges.
2. Actively seek out and prosecute all parties involved in perpetrating voter fraud, past, present, and future.

Currently voter fraud consequences are much too lenient constituting merely a felony with a penalty up to 3 1/2 years & $10,000 fine.
