Why don't you create a new Green Card for those people who have a high IQ?
Until now there’s been no test able to predict with greater accuracy the success of a person.
What this world doesn’t get is the fact that there is “some” value in potential energy. We tend to valuate people based on who they end up being, and we completely tend to forget about who they once were.
A 16 year old teenager who moves to the U.S. is much more likely to remain here forever compared to a 30 year old man who is just willing to improve his CV and go back to his own country.
Colleges use certain tests to determine the potential of a student, I don’t see why the United States couldn’t do the same thing to determine the potential of a citizen.
