New Gun Laws: First off people that own or want to own a gun need to treat it like a Drivers license, go and take a course and get aprroved to use the gun of choice. Having the license would negate what you can buy. Also we need to use the current technology and ask manufactures to implement BIOTECK into guns so that the wrong guns are not used in the wrong hands. We drive cars, and someone can hurt someone with that, why don't we say the same about guns even if it is the right to bare arms.
