I am sure thousands, if not millions of people that are law abiding and paid their consequences, served their sentence have convictions on their records wont get hire after employer perform background check. I believe records are for federal and government system only not business incorporate companies. I am sure it also occur and applies to all people who have different races, disability, religious, etc, this has double difficult time for them to able to get job that also has record. That's another thing that employer can use to avoid discrimination against those people.
I am creating this petition to request to add new law to limit background check to only Federal, governments, court system.
"We The People" need jobs opportunity regardless of their records, background, history!!!
