It is my pleasure to share with you the means by which the partnership between Africa and the United States of America can strengthened.
I firmly believe that the US and Africa must work together to create a unique and currency for african countries. This initiave must be carried out the level the African Union by States who are want to cooperate with US . In this vein a Central African Bank must be put in to rule african monetary policy. All this is necessary since we all know that an important and lasting economic growth requires an efficient monetary policy. We all agree that money is for economy what blood is for human body.
Secondly, our partnership must include a strong academic cooperation between african and american universities. Thank you.
