(New Peoples Congress)

We the people. petition the government of the united states. to fund a pannel of around six resident individuals who will act assessors in order to achieve a new( peoples congress) as horse and buggies are not our mode of transportation any longer and the internet has long arrived. further more this pannel should consist of the (pipe fitter) david d everetts sonmelody and bill. The individual who's motivation should succeed in said petition. should with guidance of (his) selected few should also create the pannel itself after govt funded research by said individual ... simple object:for to have we the people to assert our civil rights&liberties as will be guidelined by (new peoples congress)in order to again virtue fidelity our rights will utilize. criminal justice and law for govt reform.
