We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

New policy will require individuals to have a cell phone to access online personal Social Security accounts

Created by R.T. on July 29, 2016

On July 29, 2016 the Social Security Administration sent to all online account holders an email stating that in August 2016, you can not login to your account without a cell phone to receive a text code, but not everyone has a cell phone. Since everyone who has an online account must have a computer and an email address, there should be an option for the code to be sent via an email.
