New reform to end police brutality towards all civilians.. There has been irrefutable violence conveyed by office

This is a petition to plead for revised restrictions for protocols in officer duties among the civilian population. There should never be a case where an officer has the right to kill or fatally wound or physically harm someone who is not a threat nor attempting to harm other civilians. There is no justice. These officers and judicial system seem to be operating through foul supremacy and hatred and even racism. And it's inhumane. We are no longer being protected, but bullied and killed by officers who are supposed to be serving us and making the world a better place. Violence, homicide, brutality, and insult conveyed by law enforcement is scary, ridiculous, out of hand, and completely unjustified. The protocols for law enforcement need to be heavily reformed to protect ALL civilians.
