New Revenue/Tax Increase Discussions Must Include Capital Gains Increases

We submit that in order for raising the rate on salaries above $250K to have meaning any income tax increase must include a capital gains rate increase of 3-4%.

Most income of above $250K includes stock equity transfers or liquidations only taxable under capital gains. Real revenue increases on the the top 2-3% of personal incomes cannot be achieved without it,

Stop whistling Dixie, raise capital gains!
