I believe President Obama should rescind Justice Garland's nomination since the Republicans refuse to even talk to him.
He should then nominate a Black Über-Liberal Transgender Female Judge.
That way the Republicans will not have a more moderate Judge to choose from if they even want to make a recess appointment after the election.
Hillary will finish the job after she's elected President.
