Stopping Traffic due to construction is important because it causes a lot of accidents during the day and night. School areas are jammed packed when workers are working when school hours are about to start. Citizens in their cars aren't focused on construction signs or the kids crossing the streets... they are just focused on getting to the places they need to go. Freeways even have large accidents, and causes traffic from all the people who just stare at the problem, but are not involved. Construction during the wrong time of hours has taken multiple citizen's lives. It is necessary for the government post when construction is about to be done because it is a disadvantage to others.
