We the People request the following LAWs establishing equal rights across our nation. The NEW BILL will provide immediate framework for which our Government will conduct business and the following items shall be sponsored into the US Constitution.
Congress shall not pass laws regulating marriage, and will concede that who a individual loves love’s is outside the scope / frame work of the government and shall not hinder how, where, or whom someone chooses make a life with.
Congress shall allow all tax codes, benefit support, and other incentives across all legal and recognized marriages in the US and shall not produce marriage limiting laws based on gender, race, disability, religion, location.
Religious Laws shall not take precedence over US Laws.
