We are trying to relieve the pain and suffering of all stray animals,who were once part of a family then abandoned, to the cold harsh street...Why should they suffer when they did nothing wrong but expect to loved and taken care of..We will do this by providing shelter , food , medical care , and most of all love with the possibility of adoption.
To cover the cost of this by 1 of 2 ways..
1. create a new lottery
there are literally millions of animal lovers who would buy this new lottery to help animals out , thus generating the funds to cover the facilities and care for these animals and add more revenue to the state..
2. fund it through the existing lottery
