Repeal the NY state 'Safe Act' which bans many attachments for Rifles from law abiding citizens. It is unnecessary criminalization of law abiding citizens who are just practicing their Second Amendment right. It highly restricts a persons ability to defend themselves against multiple assailants due to the ridiculous magazine restrictions, the removal of bayonets, among other attachments.
'Safe Act' also mandates that people regester their firearms which we the people find unconstitutional. The ban also includes banning certain stocks for you're firearm which again, greatly inhibit's a person's ability to accurately defend themself. Please Sign this petition to repeal 'Safe Act'.
