The state of New York burdensomely penalizes American citizens, in law, for the use of scientifically, biologically, and medically accurate terminology to identify gender in speech or word based on the preference of the individual. We call on the administration to remedy this unjust restriction on free speech by taking a case against the state of New York to federal court.
