Due to recent events, we have concluded that certain parts of government have skimmed over the Constitution.
Therefore, to make it easier to remember, we propose the Fourth Amendment be officially nicknamed as the "Keep-Your-Hands-to-Yourself-Amendment."
To help keep Americas freedoms intact, it takes a joint effort from citizens and government servants to understand those freedoms. This naming convention will serve as a reminder that unreasonable searches and seizures are prohibited , and , when absolutely required, any warrant must be judicially sanctioned and supported by a specific, straightforward, probable cause.
