The Responsibility Act:
Change the background check process. Once a person has completed their criminal (felony) sentences; without any further conviction(s) or arrest(s) within a five year period. Their back ground should be sealed, allowing them to pursue gainful employment in any field of choice. Criminal background should be eradicated after a ten year period of no convictions(s)/arrest (s). Employment application should indicate that a background check can’t obtain information after set amount of time allotted by law. Background check is closed out to the public, government and any other organization after allotted time allowed by law.
