Congress is charged with handling the business of the country. Duties of the Congress need to be carried out in a responsible and timely manner. Matters of budget and finance are of extreme importance to our Nation and the Global Economy. When Congress fails to act on budgets, the economy of our Nation and world economies are negatively impacted.
Any Congress that fails to pass a Balanced National Budget has failed in a primary duty. Congress should pass a balanced budget, reviewed and deemed balanced by the Government Accounting Office, prior to the end of a fiscal year.
Any member of a Congress that fails to pass a balance budget in the alloted time is deemed ineligible to run for re-election to the House of Representatives or Senate for failure to complete a primary duty.
