This is a petition from the people of the United States of America (those sign below) to demand that the Congress and President meet budget submission guidelines, and reach a budget approval within deadlines required by. Failure to do so should include penalties for the members of Congress and the President to include forfeiture of pay times two for every day such deadlines are missed.
