NO BUDGET NO PAY FOR EXECUTIVE,LEGISLATIVE,JUDICIAL BRANCHES OF US GOVERNMENT

We the People request that A No Budget, No Pay act be signed Congress’s Inability to reach an agreement on a federal budget has caused America’s Credit rating to be downgraded for the first time in our history. It has led us to this fiscal Cliff that Threatens Jobs, Our Economy and National Security. Congress is broken. we need to hold our representatives accountable.The bill would have to be changed to Include the President Of the United states Of America, And the Judicial System Included with the Congress persons should also be the staffers who help right the budgets and help keep Americas government movement. If a budget does not get past 2 months after deadline the aforementioned people who forfeited wages would have to in turn pay penalties or taxes of $1000 dollars weekly
