Congress must be held accountable for their failure to act. Why should they be permitted to leave for holidays and vacations if they do not do their jobs? They are failing the American people and we have to wait for an election to boot them all out! Hold their feet to the fire and require them to stay until a budget is hammered out. Would any business owner leave for a vacation if their company were at risk for losing a major client? Could a nurse leave her sick patient or a farmer leave his fields uncared for? Congress MUST work like all other Americans and get their job done.
