We the people demand,The congress including the Senate and the President of the United States shall not recieve any pay or allowances at the taxpayers expense once the elected offical is out of office and no longer serving either in the congress or as president. This would be retroactive and all personnel (Congress, Senate,President) would stop recieving any funds or allowances.
