I'm starting a petition and making a Bill on the no child left behind act. NO child should be left behind, should mean what it says and what it means, no child left back in a grade more then once for no resume. And stands for all student. Not just for some. So signing this. We the people are asking you to add this to the records book and pass this. I would like it to start this year, before the 2013-2014 school start back. And for the years after that.
If teacher's or school's, that do not obey this law will get a fine and or jail time for not obey the law. Just like we have to obey the law. Thank you Jane's Opinion
