Their loyalty to us and to our constitution will be always be in question. Nobody can serve two sovereign nations. They will betray one or the other when conflict arises. With dual citizenship, the government officials , serving in legislative, judicial or administrative capacity will never serve the American citizens with dedication and commitment to the Americans safety and welfare at all times.
