No Federal or State employee retirement until they reach the age of 62. This is just like the Military Reservist. Must do at least 10 years to qualify and calculate the Years times the 2% per year, this is like the current military or move to a 401 bases. This would save millions of wasted dollars and hopefully stop the curruption in politics and this would focus the politicians on what is good for the people and country not what benefits them. Also They should have the same health care as the rest of the Federal employees upon retirement at 62 years of age.
