In an effort to get the American debt from spiraling further out of control, pass a law that prohibits any financial aid to any foreign government, country, business, unless the aid comes out of a surplus. And only if all American needs are met first.
Revoke any financial aid to any country that undermines American interest including supporting terrorism and failure to protect Americans from rogue demonstrators.
