The USA should have a "No-First-Use" policy for nuclear weapons. I think this is the most important issue to face the human race, with the possible exception of global warming. Obama is continuing with Eisenhower’s policy of “Massive Retaliation”; that is, if there is a war in which nuclear weapons are not being used, the USA reserves the right to turn it into a nuclear war. Not having a no-first-use policy makes the obliteration of human civilization in a nuclear war much more likely; even for the rest of Obama’s term.
