States that want to leave The United States of America to form their own government WILL repay back the The United States Government their share of the National Debt. The citizens that have signed the corresponding states petition to leave will also no longer get Food Stamps, WIC, Social Security, school loans or grants or ANY type of Federal Assistance. Also will have to repay their share that the Federal Government has helped them out in their life time.
