If a person does not speak enough English or use American Sign Language to communicate, they should not be allowed government support. Any government funded entity should not provide services (i.e. welfare, insurance, social security, disability) to a person or persons when a translator for any language is needed, with the exception of American Sign Language. English is America's language and we should not waste our money on providing services to people who can not speak it or sign it.
