To be eligible to vote in the USA a Legal Citizen must have ID to vote. No votes will be accepted by people on VISAS either. Having ID will ensure a fair count of the American citizens , ensure that a deceased person's identity is not used and Illegal immigrants are not allowed to vote. All states must adhere to the presentation of Identification at polling locations. Also this will ensure that a voter's registration card cannot be stolen and used. Having ID and honest vote counts will ensure the CITIZENS of the United States that they picked the right candidate and it was NOT picked for them or tampered with. NO ID, No VOTE!
