No jobs, but importing goods we can make is okay?

Created by A.E. on October 12, 2016

We have been trading with China and many other countries for a very long time. But I think it's time for a big change. From 1985 to 2016, we have imported 5,122,394.9 different goods from China alone. 244,981.0 goods alone this year. Now, I can recall our country being pretty high in the unemployment line. As a matter of fact, 4.9% or 15, 626,100 of our American citizens are unemployed right now. 9.91 million unemployed in the state of Michigan. That is a huge number of people out of a job while we import over a hundred million goods from a country that isn't even ours. How about, instead of importing, we create jobs for our people and get our economy going, before we start to lose hold of it. Let's help U.S. before we help them.
