No licenses If a person has been proven they failed to pay local and state sales taxes collected at a business.

Created by D.K. on March 21, 2013

People who open business are required to collect sales tax and pay that to the state. Some of these people will charge the customers sales tax and keep the money which rightfully belongs to the people of that state. The states may place tax warrants on the business. The business closes and the owner who owes the state the monies collected will just reopen under a different DBA (name) sometimes in the exact same location. Then the cycle starts all over. I request that the White house mandate that ALL states using computerized local county clerks records. Must check the state tax collectors records to do Sale Tax background checks looking for unpaid tax warrants on anyone wanting to open a business. If unpaid warrants are found they DO NOT receive another DBA and associated Licenses.
