The limits of CCP should be lifted as to allow the holder to carry anywhere as to protect themself and others, the current law limits and is full of loopholes that do not allow 24 hour protection and is infringing on the 2nd Amendment as having the right to bear arms as there is no limit set as to a given time in the 2nd Amendment that one can own and bear arms.
2nd Amendment overrides all limits posted by others as to not allow the right to bear arms at any level.
