October is possibly one of the greatest months of the year. Halloween decorations, Fall weather, sports, etc. If we take that awful extra day in February on leap years and turn it into an extra day in October, the United States will become a greater place to be.
Reasons:
-February is a boring month with weather that is very confusing for people. Is it hot or cold?
-October has skeletons and scary movies.
-It will be the only month with 32 days making the world take notice and follow the U.S.'s lead.
-You get to wear costumes for an extra day.
-Candy and pumpkins.
-February is short for a reason; keep it that way.
I strongly consider the Obama Administration to take this into consideration and leave your presidency with a BANG.
