no longer aid any foreign entities, such as Syrian rebels, who are not allies of the United States of America

It is in the best interest of the American people to stop aiding foreign entities that are not allied with the United States of America, such as Syrian rebels as an example, with weapons of any sort from firearms to tanks and aircraft that could potentially be used not only on United States military personnel stationed over seas, but with the potential to have those weapons brought back and used on the American people on US soil, as we know terrorists are crossing the Mexico American border and have the means to smuggle weapons with them.
